WE leave at 9pm and get into LaiCai at 6am then a 2 hour bus trip to Sapa. I cannot wait to start taking some beautiful photos of the hill tribes and the vibrant market colours. If I can survive the train trip first with 2 children I am sure it will be well ... Many people from our Hotel left for Halong Bay today as a new lot of travellers arrive. WE shared breakfast with some Dutch girls who had that bright travelling spark in their eyes....oh to be young and free again! ...
